Building Emotional Awareness around Self-Abuse and Feeling Unsupported

Today I will be discussing how to become emotionally aware of the feelings of unsupported and self-abuse. As we practice the meditation together we will build an awareness of where the emotion is showing up and how adding another emotion can help us release it.
