What is the meaning of collaboration? The definition of collaboration is, the action of working with someone to produce or create something. This simple yet powerful definition brought me to the topic of this blog today. Human beings work together on a daily basis. Together we and the world you and I see each day. Simple interactions, a passing smile, a casual conversation with a stranger, even giving a helping hand, are all ways we create reality as we know and understand it.
Now that you know what collaboration means, how can you be more intentional with how you collaborate with the world around you? Will you take a moment to say hi to your neighbor? Crack a joke and put a smile on the face of someone you normally wouldn’t talk to? You are a co-creator of the reality you and I live in every moment. You have the power to add opinions, knowledge and presence. How are you collaborating with the people around you? Are you fueling disagreements or facilitating peaceful discussions? The more we collaborate the more we can create a loving and caring society becoming partners in the pursuit of happiness and no longer pawning the task off to the next generation in line to inherit the planet after you.
Your collaboration has the power to create our reality.
How will you collaborate with the world around you today? How will you help make this world a peaceful place filled with harmony, happiness and love? Your knowledge can help mold someone’s perception. Your thoughts teach, your hands create, your smile brightens the darkest days. Your kind words can change a heart and your anger can solidify an opinion.
Today I want to ask you to step outside of your normal day to day interactions. Step away from mundane daily activities. Put forth action and produce the world you want to see. Share your thoughts, your knowledge, share your bright light. You are a change maker. Collaborate with the world around you and heal a broken heart, one smile, one word, one hand. Together we can heal the world through collaboration.
Create, produce, collaborate, together.
