How to Connect to Yourself

Hello all! Here are a few ways to connect to yourself in a deeper way to find more connection within yourself.

1.) Ask yourself how you feel: “How do I feel.” This is a great question to ask in a quiet setting. You can do this by driving in your car, hanging out in your room, or going on a walk. List the emotions you feel and what you are going through. What you feel will create a beautiful connection with yourself and to who you are.

2.) Gratitude: What are you grateful for? What are some of the blessings you have received? What are some of the big and small blessings you received in the day, week, or even month? Share your gratitude with yourself and connect to who you are and what you care about the most.

3.) Talk to yourself: Who better to have a deep conversation with than yourself? Talk about what you are experiencing talk about what you need. talk about what you feel. Talk about what you are seeing. You deserve to have deep and meaningful connections. You have to start with yourself before you can create connection with others.
