Improving Your Work-Life Balance In 2024

Here are some categories to look at when creating s plan to being in more work/life balance.

1.) Work: what is the time you are willing to and do dedicate to work? how much of that time does work take up and what does that leave you with for other parts of your life?

2.) Love: Married or unmarried, we all need to to dedicate to love. if you are liking for love, when are you putting time aside to find someone you want to share your life with? Married or in a relationship , what time do you set aside for the both of you? Date night maybe once or twice a month, a walk in the park, dinner, dancing or a movie. How do you dedicate time to your relationship?
– Love includes family and children as well. What do you dedicate to the ones you love?

3.) Friends: How much time do you feel you need to socialize and spend time with your friends? As beings made for connection these vital people can really help us alleviate stress and can help is decompress and unwind. They can even give us a different perspective on parts of our own lives we want to work on. How much time are you dedicating to your friends?

4.) Self-Care: Self-Care can be being alone for the day, going to therapy, healing arts or hobbies you enjoy. What does your self-care look like and what can you dive into on the time you decide is sacred for you?
